  3. Custom or Semi-Custom Stitched Items:

    • Due to their personalized nature, custom or semi-custom stitched items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  4. Accessories:

    • Accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
