• Unstitched/Semi-Stitched items: Returnable for refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Stitched items: Items purchased with stitching are not eligible for returns but qualify for free alterations.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please submit a Return Request. After completing the form, send the item to our return office. Upon receipt, we will process the refund or exchange as specified.

Embellishments: Styles and quantities of embellishments may vary but will generally match the product image.
